We are not a bank or card issuer. Our service customizes the physical body of a card you already own. We do not provide financial services, issue accounts, or modify credit/debit accounts.

You provide a valid, active card. The EMV chip (and, if applicable, magstripe/NFC antenna) is transferred into a metal body. We take care to preserve function, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all ATMs, chip/tap readers, or future bank updates.

We are not affiliated with Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, or any banks/financial institutions.

By using a customized metal card, you accept risks including potential malfunction, demagnetization, refusal by certain merchants/machines, and replacement costs from your bank if the card is damaged or deactivated.

We are not liable for declined transactions, lost funds, fees, damages, or costs arising from use of a customized card. Your original bank-issued plastic card remains valid—we recommend keeping it as a backup.
